I look so weird without glasses

So I competed in my first official pageant pageant. I did three "pageants" in high school, and two almost pageants in college but they were nothing like this. I was so happy to finally cross yet another thing off of my bucket list.

Something that I have noticed about myself is that when its my last year of something school related I really live it up. Now that I am approaching my last year of college, and school in general (maybe not, we'll see) it really dawned on me that I have only been part time living my life to the fullest.

I had a huge epiphany that I wanted to share with my viewers and readers. Don't wait until the final hour to live your life like you want to. Go out and volunteer, join a workout class, sign up to run a 5K. Life is too short and too unexpected to not take opportunities as they present themselves.

With faith in God and yourself there is nothing you can't accomplish and no where you can't go. I have decide that today will make the rest of my life. I will live my life like there is no tomorrow. I will take opportunities and make opportunities. You never know the people you will meet along the way that will change and forever impact your life.

Never give up on the things you want to accomplish God's timing is always right.

Update: Our picture we took for one of the sponsors of the pageant. We got free bathing suits that were $110 each. How awesome was that!

I would like to thank all the contestants, The director Ms. Tava Cook, and her staff that helped make the pageant a success. I am truly grateful to have shared that experience with everyone. There was so much class and elegance in that room it was amazing, y'all should have been there :) .
