4th of July Mini Photoshoot ♡

I just realized that I think I want to do a little modeling. I am at a point in my life where I just feel beautiful and I feel comfortable in front of the camera and in my skin. My first photoshoot was a train wreck but I really need some redemption. I was so intimidated by all the people who have done this before and I my hair wasn't like I wanted it nor was my make up.

It makes me think of this post Dana Chanel posted that said when you dont have confidence you instantly fail. There have been so many times in my life where I have failed because of myself and I have left opportunities behind because I was scared. I'm tired of living in fear so I want to pursue a life long dream of mine.

But first things first I want to loose a little weight. I don't want that to be confused with you have to be skinny to be a model, because you don't. Beautiful and artistic women come in all different beautiful colors and sizes and heights. But I personally feel like a better more confident me when I am in my ideal site. I do love the skin I'm in but I want to be a healthier version of me. I hope to take you on my journey to a healthier Lai, but until then lets just see if I even have a future.
