I see you wanted to learn about sage smudging? I’m going to break down the reasons that I use it they can be used for practical and spiritual uses. I’ve got some questions I think you might have
Why I use sage?
Scientific
It cleans the air. It can be used when you are sick to clear the air of any bacteria. If you know anything about how activated charcoal is adsorbent, it’s pretty much the exact same effect.
Spiritual
So very briefly everything in the universe has an energetic vibration. It clears the air of unwanted energy.
Where do you buy sage?
I buy my sage locally from either the co-op, metaphysical store, or crystal shop.

What kind of sage do you burn?
The current bundle that I have is white sage. But you can get bundles that are mixed.
Why did you sage your vision board?
Energetically I just like to make sure my goals and aspirations are with high energy My thought process is I’m not only physically smudging my poster but the pathways of the things I have written on my petals.
Why did you sage your bed and dream catcher?
I like to especially sage my bed to rid any negativity energy while I’m sleep and “defenseless”. I’ve noticed I sleep better and have better dreams when I do it.
When do you sage?
I’m going to be honest I don’t do it consistently. I do it whenever I am spiritually lead. But usually I do it when I’m meditating or when I’m journaling to God.
How do you get your sage to produce a lot of smoke?
My trick is to have a tea light candle burning instead of holding your lighter to it. You’ll burn through your lighter quick doing that. Instead I light the candle and hold the stick over the candle until it get smokey. I then blow on it to create more smoke like you seen in the video.
